Web Integrated Member Services
Overview:
Tradewinds provides a unique set of
powerful programs designed to tightly integrate an association's homepage
with their association management system software.
Tradewinds utilizes standard Membership, Events, Order Entry
and Exhibits Management tables to automatically create the appropriate web
pages, including the forms for on-line member sign-up, sales and event
registration processing. Once a member has registered or placed an on-line
order, the Tradewinds "Uplink" feature automatically enters it as an unposted
transaction in the appropriate tables. We call this integration of two
critical organization tasks "Web Integrated Member Services." Tradewinds can
provide tremendous savings by minimizing web page development
time.
Here's How It Works:
Capitalizing on the association's investment in an
association management system, Tradewinds provides a seamless transfer of
program files and demographic data to the web page. For example, in the
Member Services Module, users can create advanced listing services, such
as Buyer's Guides and Membership Directories using our built-in Wizards.
Visitors are guided through a standard search, list, and view detail
system to find suppliers, track their own CEUs, or find other members.
Virtually any data that is stored in your membership system can be
published on-line - and updated easily!!
