ALOHA Membership Management System is designed for associations looking for an off-the-shelf membership software package that provides the flexibility and integration typically found in more expensive solutions. Using Microsoft Access, an industry standard database program, ALOHA helps organizations integrate their membership data with dues, events, committees, and contact management. ALOHA is a valuable tool for doing more with less. This system is designed to enable the association staff to meet the demanding requirements of member service in one consolidated and centralized database. The organization of the "Member Control Center" allows users quick access to a wide range of demographic information on each member or prospect.

Through the Member Control Center you can enter, edit and view information about constituents, including user defined fields, event attendance, dues payments, and committee participation. In addition, the Association can create customized mailing lists and reports based on specific member attributes maintained throughout the system. ALOHA Modules include Membership, Events, Exhibits, Dues, Subscriptions, Fund Raising, Invoicing, and Contact Management. These modules are included as a whole package, or can be purchased separately to fit the specific needs of your organization.

Membership System
The Membership System is the heart of ALOHA. Its user-friendly, flexible design serves as the principal entry screen for processing member demographic information. This module is divided into three sub-sections; the Member Control Center, Committee tracking, and Mailing Lists.

The Member Control Center tracks key information on all members, prospects, affiliates, and other contacts in the main database. Providing organizations the utmost flexibility in data collection and reporting, the Member Control Center allows for easy addition and organization of data fields in the main entry and edit screen.

The Committee System allows you to track your organization's committees and its members. Within each committee you can track the type of committee, starting and ending dates and committee member positions.

The Mailing List System allows you to group people in the member database into specific lists, which can then be used for targeted marketing campaigns, specific mailings, newsletters, etc. The possible applications of this system are limited only by your imagination. The Membership System also includes numerous pre-designed reports available to the end user at the simple click of a mouse.


Events Management System
Perhaps the most difficult function of any association is successfully planning an event. With ALOHA's Event Management System you can plan, organize and process your events with greater ease. The Event Management System is designed to manage complex data with minimal effort from the end user.

With the Event System, registering people for events is a snap. You can register people from either the Member Control Center or from the Events Management System. There are no reasonable limits to the amount of events, options or registrants available.

The Events Management System is fully integrated with both the Membership System and the Transaction Report System to allow for seamless integration thus avoiding dual entry and maintenance. The Events System also has the same flexible reporting utility that is prevalent throughout ALOHA. Badges, name tags, tickets, and confirmation letters are all just a mouse click away. You can add your own custom reports, badges, labels, etc. to the report list.

Internet Integration (TradeWinds)
In keeping up with the rapid explosion in the popularity of the Internet, CCS has created TradeWinds*. TradeWinds is an Internet ready application that creates a two way street for ALOHA's Event Management System. TradeWinds allows you to establish the parameters for your event on your World Wide Web site by easily downloading the parameters already set in the ALOHA Events Management System. Visitors can register on-line for your organization's upcoming events. Registrant information is then transferred into the ALOHA database. The entire procedure is automated, providing added convenience to association staff and event registrants.

*The Tradewinds application is purchased separately from Events Management.


Dues Billing System
ALOHA Membership Management System has kept ease of use and maximum flexibility in mind for the Dues Billing System. Dues billing is a difficult, yet essential function of any organization. ALOHA's Dues Billing System takes great strides toward making dues billing easy and free of stress.

The Dues Billing System offers complete flexibility in designing any billing structure, regardless of how frequently members are billed. ALOHA will bill for any dues amount and at any frequency possible. ALOHA is also designed to handle multi-item billings and multi-organization billings.

ALOHA's Dues Billing System includes full integration with the Member Control Center and with ALOHA's Transaction Detail System. From the Member Control Center you can view Dues Invoicing, and Dues Status. Integration with the Transaction Report System is available to ensure that money is being directed to the correct income accounts.

Internet Integration (TradeWinds)
CCS has created TradeWinds*. TradeWinds is an Internet ready application that creates Sign-UP and Payments screen on your website. TradeWinds allows you to establish the Sign-up / Payment parameters on your Website by easily downloading the parameters already set in the Aloha Dues Management System. Visitors can Sign-up and Members can pay their due on-line. Sign-UP and Payment information is then transferred into the ALOHA database. The entire procedure is automated, providing added convenience to association staff.

Contact Management
Everyone in the business of managing associations understands the importance of tracking member conversations and processing individual member requests. The ALOHA Contact Management System was designed to facilitate that process smoothly and efficiently.

The Contact Management System is structured to handle action items that are assigned to individual staff members and to track the status of the item by utilizing user-defined fields which include Status, Type, and Action By. The description field can hold up to 32,000 characters, however, if more characters are needed, additional description fields can be added.
