Mission Statement

It is the mission of Creative Computer Services, Inc. to provide a full range of technology services and support to member driven organizations. In accomplishing this, we maintain the highest level of honesty, integrity, dedication and quality possible. It is our goal to provide our customers with prompt, courteous service and guide them through the maze of technology. In doing so, we will help our customers achieve a level of superior productivity and member service for their organization. In the course of business, we will provide this high level of sales and support service to other organizations in the products or services already offered to the association industry.

History

Creative Computer Services, Inc. (CCS) has been helping the association industry meet its information management needs since 1987. By combining an uncompromising commitment to customer service, a dedicated approach to quality workmanship, and a highly trained professional staff, CCS has become a true source of "one stop shopping". Providing a single point of contact for hardware, software, training and support, CCS strives to eliminate the hassles and frustrations of trying to coordinate the activities of several different vendors who specialize in their own area.

CCS, Inc. has been named as the first Preferred Business Partner of the California Society of Association Executives. Additionally, in 1990, the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce nominated CCS, Inc. as a "Small Business to Watch". CCS, Inc. personnel have written articles on automation and information management for monthly magazines around the country. In addition, they have served as guest speakers at luncheons and seminars nationwide for various organizations, including the American Society of Association Executives. Their highly praised seminar, "Associations and the World Wide Web" has been presented to over 1,000 association staff and executive professionals throughout the United States.
